Zaelab, a digital consultancy for complex enterprises modernizing CX and revenue operations, has been selected by Anthropic as a delivery partner to help enterprises turn AI pilots into production-ready solutions.

Zaelab targets the AI pilot-to-production gap

This combination will bring together Zaelab’s enterprise delivery experience with Anthropic’s Claude models, helping organizations move AI from proof of concept to production and embed it into the systems, workflows, and teams that drive the business.

Zaelabs delivers enterprise AI through its Forward Deployed Pods, which are small cross-functional teams of senior AI engineers, enterprise architects, and delivery leaders embedded with customer teams.

This delivery model enables organizations to put enterprise AI work in several ways:

  1. Agentic workflows: AI agents are embedded into business processes to automate repetitive work and increase productivity.
  2. Application consolidation: Fragmented technology environments are simplified through embedding AI into unified enterprise platforms to reduce operational complexity.
  3. Enterprise AI enablement: Zaelab helps organizations establish governance measures and improve operational readiness for enterprise scaling of AI.

“Five years from now, we won’t be asking which companies adopted AI,” said Evan Klein, CEO of Zaelab. “We’ll be asking which companies fundamentally reinvented how they operate because of it. That transformation won’t come from a chatbot or a proof of concept. It’ll come from integrating AI into the core systems, workflows, and decisions that run the business. That’s the opportunity we’re unlocking with Anthropic.”

ServiceNow relationship broadens Zaelab’s AI opportunity

The partnership also extends to Zaelab’s position in the ServiceNow ecosystem. The organization has been a ServiceNow partner for about a year now, connecting customer experience to revenue and aligning commerce, sales, service, and operations around how customers buy, engage, and expand.

With ServiceNow Ecosystem Ventures’ investment in Zaelab and ServiceNow’s multi-year partnership with Anthropic, Zaelab can bring AI-native CPQ and CRM solutions to market on the ServiceNow AI Platform.

Anthropic builds out its enterprise services channel

Anthropic has been looking to the channel to help the “pilot-to-production” problem, rather than simply using partners to resell or introduce Claude, through its Service Track.

Partners helping enterprises put Claude into production include organizations like Accenture, Cognizant, Tata Consultancy Services, DXC Technology, PwC, and Caylent.

Anthropic’s Services Track tiers aren’t based purely on signing a partnership. Instead, a firm has to demonstrate actual production deployments, certified practitioners, and public customer references.

For example, Global Premier requires at least 1,000 certified practitioners, 100 deployed joint customers across three or more regions, and 15 public customer stories. Select, meanwhile, requires at least two joint customers deployed in production, and Preferred requires 15.
