Dean Douglas, President and CEO Douglas joined Westcon Group in June 2008 as chief operating officer and was promoted to serve as CEO just nine months later. He has also served as CEO for LCC International, an independent wireless engineering professional services firm, and has held senior executive roles at both IBM and Motorola.

Bob Clinton, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer – Clinton only joined Westcon this year as senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Before that he spent seven years at Computer Associates, most recently as senior vice president for Marketing Operations and Planning. Clinton also spent eighteen years at Motorola.

Anthony Daley, Executive Vice President, the Americas, Westcon Group – Daley brings a long track record of sales experience to his role as EVP of the Americas at Westcon, having worked his way up the senior sales ranks, starting as vice president of sales for the U.S. region in 1999. Prior to Westcon, Mr. Daley served as vice president of sales at communications distributor, Anixter.

He brings 29 years of experience to his role as vice president of Westcon Group North America.. He joined the company nearly three years ago as general manager and vice president of the Westcon’s Voda One division focused on Avaya VARs, after serving as Avaya’s national account manager on the Voda One relationship at Avaya. Prior to Westcon, Bernard worked at both Lucent Technologies and Avaya in both direct sales and channel sales.

She’s also served as vice president of Product Management for Westcon Group North America and director of product management for the Westcon Division. She joined Westcon in 1996 after holding management positions in product and services for Bank of America.
