iSCSI storage software vendor Rocket Division Software is launching a new program for OEMs and channel partners.

The company’s StarWind product runs on Microsoft Windows and allows any server, Microsoft or Linux, to access centralized storage. In addition, Rocket Division Software said, the product can enable easier backups, disaster recovery and simplified storage management.

Channel partners interested in joining the Rocket Division Software program can choose from several partnership options, from multitiered reseller and master VAR or distributor to SDK licensing, which is offered as a download option for OEMs, said the company, based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

“The continued growth in iSCSI storage is taking Rocket Division from what has historically been an OEM-driven sales model towards full engagement with value-added resellers and solution providers,” said CEO Anton Kolomyeytsev in a statement. “We have created a partner-friendly strategy so our customers have as many choices as possible to purchase a cost-effective iSCSI storage solution which runs on Microsoft Windows.”

In addition to the iSCSI products the company also offers a range of data storage, optical media and networking products.
