Ingram Micro VARs will now have access to network management and environmental monitoring products from Netmon Inc.

Netmon framed the move to the Santa Ana, Calif.-based distribution giant as part of its plan to open up its product offerings to more resellers this year.

“Ingram Micro’s ability to efficiently and cost-effectively distribute
IT products to tens of thousands of resellers worldwide perfectly complements Netmon’s strategy to expand its network of solution provider customers,” said Eric Lamoureux, president of Netmon, in a statement.

Windsor, Ontario-based Netmon offers appliance-based network monitoring systems including Netmon Professional and Enterprise Edition server appliances. Customers include Lockheed Martin, Turner Enterprises, Raytheon, Time-Warner Cable, and Marvell Semiconductor.
