Proofpoint, Inc., a cybersecurity and compliance provider, has unveiled the Proofpoint Partner Network, an enhanced global partner program designed to help partners grow faster, strengthen margins, and deliver greater value to customers as cyber threats increasingly target people, data, and AI-driven workflows.

Proofpoint aligns new partner network with channel growth

According to Proofpoint, the new program underscores its commitment to partner-led growth through deeper incentives, stronger deal protections, and expanded opportunities for partners to build differentiated services around its AI-driven platform.

“Partners play a critical role in helping reduce risk, simplify security, and drive measurable outcomes for customers,” said Stan de Boisset, senior vice president of global channels at Proofpoint.

“The Proofpoint Partner Network reflects how the market is evolving, built to help our partners win with stronger economics, clearer protections, and the tools they need to build successful, long-term practices around the most trusted human-centric security platform in the market. By aligning our investments to partner growth, simplifying engagement, and leading together in the agentic security era, we’re delivering a program that helps our partners win today and well into the future,” de Boisset continued.

The company added that the partner network brings a “simplified structure and enhanced investments” aligned with how customers buy and how partners build sustainable, recurring business.

Proofpoint partner network focuses on profitability and renewals

Proofpoint says that the program is heavily focused on partner profitability and predictability, offering:

  • Enhanced incentives for new customer acquisition and renewals.
  • Expanded co-investment through demand generation funds.
  • New data security investments to help partners capitalize on a fast-growing area of customer spend.
  • Strengthened protections for partner-sourced and co-sell opportunities, including incumbency protection at renewal.

The Proofpoint Partner Network is also designed to improve win rates and support long-term account growth. Proofpoint highlighted its advanced threat intelligence as a key differentiator, helping partners stand out while addressing emerging risks in the agentic workspace.

New tier structure and AWS, Azure marketplace expansion

In terms of partner tiers, the revamped network offers three options:

  • Select
  • Elite
  • Elite+

Proofpoint says the tiers are designed to provide clear paths to greater benefits and rewards, with mid- and top-tier partners gaining access to not-for-resale (NFR) licenses for hands-on learning and deeper technical expertise.

To support modern buying motions, Proofpoint also says it is expanding routes to market through the AWS and Microsoft Azure marketplaces.

How the Proofpoint Partner Network supports AI-driven security services

Looking ahead to 2026, the company says the program will help empower partners to build and scale security services. It specifically called out health checks and certified deployment offerings as potential new, high-margin revenue streams.

At Proofpoint Protect 2025, Proofpoint emphasized the need for human-centric security in the age of AI.
