NETGEAR is doubling down on its enterprise ambitions with the launch of the NETGEAR Drive Partner Success Program, a redesigned global initiative built to help partners grow faster, earn more, and deliver more value to their customers.

As NETGEAR leans further into the small and medium enterprise space, it’s rethinking how it works with channel partners. The idea is to make the experience more straightforward, more rewarding, and more in step with how MSPs, VARs, and integrators actually do business today.

“The goal of our Drive Partner Success Program is simple: make it easier for our partners to succeed and grow,” said Pramod Badjate, president and GM, NETGEAR Enterprise. “Partners are the center of everything we do, and Drive will equip them with the tools, training, and support they need to accelerate business opportunities and revenue growth.”

A new chapter for NETGEAR’s partner community

Under the leadership of CEO CJ Prober and Channel Chief Lindsay Schwab, NETGEAR is taking a fresh approach to partnership. Instead of rewarding partners solely for sales volume, Drive focuses on customer experience, enablement, and impact —a pretty significant shift in philosophy.

Paul Duckett, Managing Director at U.K.-based BIAS IT, described it as “rewarding partners that give customers the best wraparound experience.”

Drive is built around three tiers—Ignite, Apex, and Apex MSP—that recognize partners for their commitment, expertise, and investment in training. The idea is to help partners stand out in a crowded market while staying focused on delivering what customers actually need.

Built for growth, simplicity, and sustainability

Drive goes beyond rewards. It’s designed to actually help partners grow, offering co-investment opportunities, hands-on training, marketing support, and joint campaigns that make going to market feel easier and more effective.

It also introduces a new partner portal for easier access to technical documentation, sales enablement resources, and self-service tools. This is part of NETGEAR’s goal to make doing business smoother and more transparent for partners worldwide.

According to the company, the program is built to deliver profitability rocket boosters and bolster sustainable growth, rewarding long-term partnerships rather than short-term performance.

Rolling out globally

The Drive Partner Success Program will be rolled out globally, with training materials and certification content available immediately. Partners can continue transacting under the current program terms through the transition period.

All existing NETGEAR partners will be automatically transitioned to the new structure by January 1, 2026.

With Drive, NETGEAR is signaling a clear message: partner success and customer success go hand in hand, and the company is investing in both.

Partner programs are getting a refresh across the industry, and AI is quietly shaping how that happens. Parloa’s new Partner Program is a recent example, helping service providers build AI-powered customer engagement solutions while expanding revenue opportunities. It’s part of the same broader movement driving programs like NETGEAR’s Drive: giving partners a clearer path to growth and modern enablement.
