RapidScale Set to Announce New Partner Program

RapidScale launches its Ascend Partner Program to boost channel revenue, enhance collaboration, and expand cloud and cybersecurity services.

RapidScale, a managed cloud services organization, has announced its new partner program to change how it engages with the channel.

The Ascend Partner Program is a tiered initiative that accelerates RapidScale’s new solutions-led go-to-market approach and partners’ role as strategic advisors.

The program is designed to empower partners to capture a greater share of customer spend, enhance competitiveness, and drive revenue and profitability by leveraging RapidScale’s portfolio of managed services, professional services, and advisory capabilities.

The Ascend program will initially recognize two tiers of support for technology services distributors and partners across the channel ecosystem. The tiers – Authorized and Premier – allow partners to benefit from enhanced capabilities in consulting, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML services, with streamlined access to co-selling resources, training, and program incentives.

“The channel has been a critical driver of RapidScale’s growth, and this new program underscores our commitment to evolving alongside our partners,” said Maureen Power Sweeny, chief revenue officer at RapidScale. “Building on a strong foundation, we’re introducing a more programmatic approach to partner engagement, deepening collaboration, driving long-term success, and accelerating market expansion. Ultimately, we’re creating a future-ready business, enabling our teams and partners to execute with greater precision and deliver consistent, meaningful outcomes for the organizations we serve.”

Further, the program improves the quality of opportunities and accelerates revenue conversion by emphasizing alignment between Ideal Partner Profiles (IPP) and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).

“Fragmented buyer journeys and intensifying client demands for recognizable returns on tech investments set a clear tone for why partners need greater support in navigating channel complexity,” said Bob Buchanan, AVP of Sales and Channel Chief, RapidScale. “Ascend is a collaborative way to build value by connecting the right partners, the right opportunities, and the right expertise to drive customer outcomes. By programmatically doubling down on the partners who align to our consultative selling model, we’re creating a more predictable, high-impact motion that accelerates wins and elevates the customer experience.”

Additionally, RapidScale will continue to iterate on the Ascend program’s benefits and incorporate additional tiers to give “engaged, growth-oriented” partners aligned with RapidScale’s objectives greater authority to shape future joint growth.

Expansion of the cybersecurity portfolio

RapidScale recently launched new Incident Response (IR) Readiness Services, too.

The offerings — IR Tabletop Exercises and IR Plan Development Engagements — are strategic additions to the company’s cybersecurity solutions portfolio and are powered by Pathfynder, enabling organizations to proactively enhance cyber resilience across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.

“Cybersecurity resilience is no longer optional; it’s mission-critical,” said Brent Neal, Chief Information Security Officer at RapidScale. “Our partnership with Pathfynder expands our ability to deliver proactive, expert-led Incident Response Readiness services that help organizations develop robust response plans and validate them through realistic tabletop exercises. By combining RapidScale’s enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with Pathfynder’s specialized expertise, we’re giving businesses the confidence to operate securely in an increasingly complex digital landscape.”

For enterprise and mid-market organizations, the benefits of these solutions include expert-led tabletop simulations that present real-world breach scenarios to engage cross-functional teams, as well as custom IR plan development that delivers actionable strategies aligned with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NIST.
