Netrio, a full-service IT MSP, has announced the appointment of two new executives to its leadership team: Elizabeth “Tibby” Fogarty as General Counsel and Pete Salamanca as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Additions will focus on variety of operational and strategic growth planning

The two additions to the leadership team will support legal, personnel, operations, and strategic growth for the organization.

“As we continue to grow, both organically and through acquisition, building and maintaining a strong operational foundation, one rooted in delivering an exceptional customer experience, is essential,” said Gina Murphy, President and Chief Transformation Officer of Netrio. “This is where Tibby and Pete will play a pivotal role. They bring proven leadership, strong industry experience, and a commitment to excellence that will help drive us to our next phase of growth.”

Fogarty’s prior experience includes serving as executive legal counsel across private equity-backed technology companies, venture-backed startups, law firms, and academia. Her role as General Counsel for Netrio will consist of leading both the legal and human resources functions and provide strategic counsel to Netrio’s executive team.

Salamanca, meanwhile, will oversee the organization’s service delivery and business operations. He previously served as COO of Navisite, leading global operations and governance initiatives to support business growth and ensure top customer experience. His past experience also includes holding senior leadership roles at Apps Associates and other IT service providers.

Fogarty will report to the CEO of Netrio, Mark Clayman, while Salamanca will report to Murphy, with both supporting Netrio’s mission to simplify technology management for small- and mid-market enterprises in North America and globally.

Revamping the executive leadership in 2025

This news comes shortly after Netrio named Dave Costa as Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and promoted Jamie Wolbeck to Senior Vice President of Strategic Advisors earlier in Q3

Costa’s role as CCO positions him to lead Netrio’s customer success team, focusing on standardizing account management programs, formalizing client touchpoints, and providing strategic advisory services and project management governance.

“At Netrio, we’re constantly evolving to enhance the customer experience and serve as a true extension of our customers’ teams,” said Costa, at the time. “We’re investing more resources in our Customer Success team because delivering exceptional service is at the heart of everything we do. Small- and medium-sized enterprises have unique technology and service requirements, and we want to assist them with the right combination of local, high-touch service and global scale.”

Wolbeck, meanwhile, will focus on expanding Netrio’s role as a trusted advisor, aligning services with business and technology goals, while ensuring customers attain maximum value with their Netrio partnership.
