ePlus has acquired assets from Daymark Solutions, adding specialized Microsoft cloud and cybersecurity expertise as the company expands its Microsoft services portfolio and presence across New England.
Daymark adds Microsoft expertise to ePlus portfolio
Spanning data center infrastructure solutions, cloud, Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and cybersecurity, Daymark’s core capabilities align with ePlus’ strategic growth areas.
“This acquisition allows us to attain a specialized Microsoft team providing a set of services that may serve as a catalyst to accelerate growth around the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, M365, Security, and Copilot,” said Mark Marron, CEO and president, ePlus. “This acquisition broadens our solution set while enhancing our geographic reach in metropolitan Boston.”
Further, Daymark’s status as a Microsoft Tier 1 Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) complements ePlus’ current Azure and Microsoft 365 professional and managed services offerings.
“Joining the ePlus family is an important milestone for us and for our customers, who will benefit from the expanded set of solutions, services, and expertise offered by the ePlus team,” said Tim Donovan, CEO of Daymark. “We are looking forward to a bright future as part of the ePlus growth story.”
The acquisition is also intended to improve ePlus’ geographic presence across New England.
ePlus continues managed services expansion
Back in June, ePlus expanded its managed services portfolio with enhanced maintenance support (EMS) for HPE ProLiant Servers.
The solution combines device monitoring, 24/7 issue resolution leveraging ePlus’ HPE-certified engineers, and a holistic view of server wellness via integration with the ePlus executive dashboard.
EMS provides customers with:
- Single-call support for multi-vendor environments
- Access to ePlus certified engineers
- Expedient escalation to HPE technical support engineers
- Secure multi-tenant monitoring platform with visibility into infrastructure health and availability
- Dedicated customer success resource
“This is a strategic complement to ePlus’ existing HPE suite of Managed Services solutions, demonstrating our support for organizations’ heterogeneous environments,” said Wayne St. Jacques, vice president of managed services at ePlus.
“Customers benefit by leveraging single-call, multi-vendor support while managing assets via a holistic executive dashboard with real-time insight for agile decision-making and continuous optimization.”
