Oracle and Google Cloud are expanding their AI partnership to bring Gemini models into Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion Applications and NetSuite, giving partners more options for building AI agents and automating enterprise workflows.
The integration will let developers select Google’s models for specific business use cases while helping customers balance performance, governance and cost across finance, HR, supply chain, manufacturing, sales and customer service applications.
Google Gemini comes to Oracle AI Agent Studio
Oracle AI Agent Studio enables organizations and partners to build, connect, and manage AI agents for Oracle Fusion Applications. Adding Gemini will allow developers to select Google models alongside offerings from other providers when building Fusion-native agents and agentic applications.
The companies said customers will be able to access models including Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite, positioned for high-efficiency workloads and price-performance, and Gemini 3.5 Flash, which is intended for more complex reasoning and specialized tasks such as creating videos and presentations.
Chris Leone, executive vice president of applications development at Oracle, said organizations need the flexibility to choose the AI model best suited to each business problem.
“By bringing Gemini to Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications, we are giving customers and partners greater choice as they build and extend agents and agentic applications that reason through complex, real-world business challenges,” Leone said.
Oracle Fusion Applications can then connect that reasoning to governed workflows, approvals and transactions, according to Leone.
Oracle plans embedded Gemini features in Fusion and NetSuite
Oracle also intends to use Gemini models for embedded AI capabilities within Fusion Applications and NetSuite, selecting the models when they offer an appropriate combination of performance and cost for a particular customer scenario.
Evan Goldberg, founder and executive vice president of Oracle NetSuite, said choosing the appropriate model for each use case will be critical as the company expands AI across its business management platform.
“As we evaluate various AI use cases in NetSuite, we are working with leading large language models, like Google’s Gemini, to help customers improve visibility, automate work, and move from insight to action within NetSuite,” Goldberg said in a statement.
Partners gain more options for enterprise AI services
For Oracle and Google Cloud partners, the integration expands the range of models available for building AI services around finance, human resources, supply chain, manufacturing, sales and customer service workflows.
The announcement builds on existing access to Gemini through OCI Enterprise AI and its integration with Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform. Together, the offerings are designed to support AI agent development, application integration and industry-specific automation.
“Our partnership with Oracle brings Google’s most capable AI models directly into the core application workflows global businesses rely on every day,” said Kevin Ichhpurani, the president of Google Cloud’s global partner ecosystem.
“Together, we are making it seamless for enterprises to apply powerful and cost-efficient AI directly where business decisions happen.”
The expansion gives solution providers another path to develop AI agents inside widely deployed enterprise applications while helping customers evaluate which models best fit individual workloads, governance requirements and budgets.
