Nintex has updated its Automation CE platform with Nintex Solutions, a new capability that brings workflows, forms, applications, documents, integrations, and AI agents into a single governed environment for building and managing automation.
The unified approach is designed to help organizations scale AI orchestration while giving channel partners a framework for delivering repeatable, lifecycle-based automation services rather than one-off projects.
Nintex Solutions targets automation lifecycle management
Central to the platform update is Nintex Solutions, which allows organizations to package related automation assets into reusable business solutions.
Rather than managing workflows, forms, applications, documents, and integrations separately, customers can group these assets into a governed container tied to a particular business outcome. Teams can build solutions manually, use AI assistance, or start with prebuilt templates available through the Nintex Gallery.
“The platform already offers businesses components like workflow, forms, document generation, process management, and integration,” Suvrat Joshi, SVP of product and design at Nintex, told Channel Insider.
“What Solutions changes is that those components now come together as a single experience, so building is a matter of describing what you need rather than assembling parts across separate products.”
Scale and speed without sacrificing governance
In its announcement materials, the company said the platform is built to enable business process owners to move more quickly from idea to deployment while maintaining visibility and control across their automation assets.
“Prompt-based AI takes most of the friction out of that first build, which lowers the expertise needed to get a working solution in place,” Joshi continued.
“Another exciting addition is the container, because it makes a solution a single governed unit with full application lifecycle management, so customers can version, promote, and manage change across environments in a way that was not possible when the pieces lived separately.”

Unified AI automation expands the partner opportunity
For Nintex partners, the platform evolution could expand opportunities to help customers move from individual automation projects toward broader AI and process orchestration strategies.
“The rollout moves our partners from delivering point automations to delivering governed AI solutions with a full lifecycle. This is the difference between an AI pilot and long-term AI success,” Joshi said.
Partners are building service bundles and practices that focus on identifying business processes suitable for automation, developing reusable solutions, and helping customers establish governance around increasingly complex AI deployments.
“For customers, this means AI they can trust and grow. For partners, it means recurring, expanding engagements built on a repeatable model, not one-off builds. This is how we help our partners turn AI interest into durable results,” said Joshi.
