    10 Hot IT Certifications
    In conjunction with the release of their quarterly IT Skills and Certification Pay Index, the IT compensation experts at analyst firm Foote Partners released its most updated Hot List for IT Certifications. The rankings are based on Foote Partners’ analysis of pay trends and interviews within the industry that help project the certification demand in the next three to six months.

    Technology outsource and consulting giant Accenture saw net revenues and net income fall in fiscal Q3, reporting pressure on price by clients looking to renegotiate existing contracts.     More applicants are flocking to online marketplace OnForce in search of IT contract jobs. The company reports a big surge in Q1 in new applicants wanting to become IT service professionals with the marketplace. Other trends for Q1 include the growth of paychecks for home theater jobs, while VOIP also commanded a hefty fee.
