Arrow Electronics aims to mitigate the cloud challenge for many of its MSP partners by offering BitTitan's MSPComplete managed services automation platform.
A CompTIA study reports that cloud computing is one of the top technologies keeping managed service providers (MSPs) up at night. The cloud is also a big missed opportunity for them. Arrow Electronics aims to mitigate the cloud challenge for many of its MSP partners by offering BitTitan's MSPComplete managed services automation platform through ArrowSphere, Arrow's cloud marketplace and enablement platform.
The MSPComplete platform offers two primary benefits. It helps solution providers simplify the process of transitioning customers to the cloud, and it boosts their recurring revenue thanks to a library of turnkey project and managed services runbooks. The platform accomplishes this by helping solution providers automate and better manage their end customers' cloud deployments, which should lead to improved productivity, scalability and consistency, as well as lower service delivery costs.
Many organizations haven't invested in business process automation, although it is a key step in a company's digital transformation to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The BitTitan solution boasts several areas of potential cost savings for MSPs. They include:
- Intelligently assigning the right task to the right resource based on skill-level and pay
- Capturing unique business processes to create and protect their IP
- Tracking service-delivery times down to the second for accurate billing and cost management
- Monitoring task queues for service-level agreement compliance
The MSPComplete Service Library offers more than 100 migration and turnkey managed services for Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Microsoft FastTrack, Azure, EMS, Dropbox Business, Amazon, Box and Google G Suite. New services are added and updated weekly. The platform is available to any of Arrow' tech ecosystem partners: IT service providers, MSPs, value-added sellers, system integrators and other solution providers.
A key advantage of this platform is the ability for MSPs to customize and expand services to meet their requirements. According to Arrow, "MSPs and other providers can use the platform to create custom services and IP by adding tasks to an existing service, or by building an entirely new service."
Other key features include a central dashboard that enables MSPs and other solution providers to automate and standardize their workflows; manage internal employees and external customers; formalize business processes for delivering projects and services; and improve customer engagements.
