IT as a service increased 2 percent from our research last year and this year has topped the list of most wanted services from CIOs. Hosted or outsourced infrastructure can include hosted applications such as Microsoft Exchange, outsourced help desk and IT break/fix, as well as storage and data center management. The popularity of managed services and SAAS has surely helped push this to the top of the pile.
