Justin Crotty joined Ingram Micro in July 2001 and was previously vice president of channel marketing. In his current role as vice president, North America Services, he's responsible for the development, sale and growth of Ingram Micro's services portfolio, including managed services, warranty maintenance services and professional IT labor-based services.
