"The biggest issue we will see is increased conservatism from our reseller’s customers. Fortunately businesses that have made the transition to managed services will benefit from the recurring revenue where project-oriented or break-fix based solution providers will suffer.

"..Downturns or financial crisis are a good time to focus internally on efficiency of operations.

"…[It's] is a little unclear at this point [where we will find the capital/credit to grow the business over the next 12 months].  I suspect that we have to forecast growth a bit more conservatively.  Capital is extremely tight already so it is hard to envision it will get more difficult.

"…[Yet we are] forecasting a growth rate of about 20 percent."
