Saraf founded Zenith InfoTech back in 1997, and company revenues now stand at around $17 million with more than 550 global employees. Saraf makes our Top 12 executives list because his company was the first to build a real managed service that could be resold and deployed by the channel. This provided many VARs with a simpler route to transitioning their business to be managed service providers and also to adapt to a recurring revenue stream for their companies. The managed service includes a remote back-office infrastructure platform in Zenith's data center and back-office network operations center. The service can also be white-labeled by VARs and MSPs.
