8. Kerry Brock, vice president of sales and channels, WiLife

WiLife, which is now a Logitech company, hired Brock from Exabyte for his channel skills. Since his appointment in 2006, Brock has helped the company launch a new channel program that aims to help network security VARs tap into the lucrative market of physical security, such as video and surveillance security within SMBs.

He also helped to launch the vendor's LukWerks PC-based Video Security System into the channel. Brock was then instrumental in helping with the sale of WiLife to Logitech for $24million in November last year.
