Financial Position

Konica Minolta’s 2020 sales revenue was down from $1.06 trillion to $996.1 billion. The company acknowledged that Workplace Hub did not achieve its initial sales plan “due to the time needed to complete a successful firmware version both in terms of customer satisfaction and expediency for us.”

Konica projects more demand for managed IT services and identifies Digital Workplace Business as a key investment area, due in part to the growth of digital in developing countries and the COVID-19 work-from-home shift.
