Cisco Supports Service Providers with Moogsoft VMS Software

Moogsoft, a provider of unified event analytics for IT operations and support, announced that Cisco's Cloud and Virtualization Group will offer its Incident.MOOG service quality and productivity improvement software to MSPs, telco service providers and cloud-driven enterprises. The global agreement allows Cisco to resell Incident.MOOG as well as package it for its virtual services offers, including Virtual Managed Services (VMS).

Service providers can provide new value-added services by virtualized network functions including routers, switches, load balances, and firewalls, the company said.

Tallan Joins Dell Boomi Partner Network

Dell Software announced that Tallan, a professional services firm, has joined the Dell Boomi Partner Network. As a certified referral partner, Tallan can now offer custom solutions on the Dell Boomi AtomSphere integration platform as a service (iPaaS).

The partner program includes systems integrators, independent software vendors and managed service providers whose customers need to automate business process by integrating applications.

dinCloud Delivers App Virtualization Platform

dinCloud, a cloud services provider, introduced dinApp, its application virtualization platform. Part of the company's Hosted Workspace Portfolio, dinApp is aimed at organizations that have applications that cannot run on modern infrastructure, or applications that require multiple instances. Key features include multi-instance that allows multiple versions of the same application (MSIE8, MSIE11, etc.) to run at the same time on any endpoint, and easy provisioning and de-provisioning based on users/groups. It also supports legacy applications that won't run in the current operating system.

NetMotion Wireless Adds Global Coverage

NetMotion Wireless, a provider of mobility management solutions, expanded the coverage of NetMotion Diagnostics from North America to the United Kingdom, Europe, Japan and Asia. Version 3.2 enables IT teams to manage and diagnose mobile workforce connectivity issues related to devices and networks for employees around the world. The company also added support for iOS 9, Android 6.0 and Windows 10. NetMotion Diagnostics 3.2 is available as a cloud SaaS service or as an on-premise application.

Artisan Infrastructure Names New MSP Channel Chief

Artisan Infrastructure, a channel-only provider of cloud infrastructure, cloud management and business continuity solutions, has named MSP industry veteran Chris Wiser as its new MSP channel chief. Wiser joined Artisan following the sale of his MSP company TechSquad IT to Chicago-based Waident Technologies.

Unitrends Appoints SVP of Sales for the Americas

 Unitrends, a provider of enterprise-level cloud recovery, named Bekim Protopapa senior vice president of sales for the Americas. Protopapa has more than 20 years of sales leadership experience at both private and public high-tech companies. Protopapa joins Unitrends from Mimecast, a provider of cloud services for email security, continuity and archiving.

Episerver Adds 45 New Partners 

Episerver, a provider of digital marketing and digital commerce solutions, has added 45 new partners year-to-date throughout North America, Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Latin America (LATAM) and Asia Pacific (APAC). The Episerver Digital Experience Cloud is available through a network of more than 900 partner organizations in more than 30 countries. In North America, Episerver added 14 new partners in 2015, including Layer One Media, Techtonic Group and AJi Software.
