Tech Data Expands Product Portfolio
Tech Data announced several expanded and new agreements at a recent Tech Data's Insiders' Exchange event. These announcements include an expanded agreement with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to offer Aruba Networks, and an expanded agreement with Brocade to offer the Virtual Application Delivery (vADC) platform. The IT distributor also inked a new agreement with Infinio Systems Inc. to offer its data center solutions, and an expanded agreement with Mitel solutions to offer its suite of solutions in the Tech Data Cloud Solutions Store.
Westcon to Offer UCaaS Solution
Westcon is launching a scalable, cloud-delivered solution Powered by Avaya IP Office for its reseller customers. The unified communications as a service (UCaaS) solution will be marketed through Westcon's network of solution providers to their end-user customers. The new agreement helps VARs meet the growing demand for UCaaS, providing businesses with the opportunity to migrate from a traditional capital expenditure to an operating expense model with a turnkey solution, said the IT distributor. The solution is available in the United States now and will be offered in Canada by early next year. Westcon is partnering with TelAgility, a provider of hosted platforms, to deliver the turnkey solution.

IndependenceIT Announces Cloud Workspace Suite Version 4.2
IndependenceIT, an integrated workspace automation software platform provider announced general availability of Cloud Workspace Suite Version 4.2, which has been enhanced for IT service providers. The newest version of the workspace-as-a-service, or WaaS, enablement software provides greater control over how solutions are built and delivered on a customer-by-customer basis to match customer workloads on Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Engine, Artisan Infrastructure and other cloud platforms, the company said.
Bpm'online Adds Four New Partners
Bpm'online, a provider of process-driven cloud-based CRM solutions, named four new channel partners in Canada and the United States. These include Canada's consultancy firms Kewl Consulting in Vancouver, and Eligeo with offices in Vancouver and Calgary; and U.S.-based Altavi in Atlanta, and ISM, which has six offices in the United States.
