A Red Hat survey of 268 customers finds that the majority of them are embracing digital capabilities to create new business models, services and products. They also are making bigger investments in the cloud, security and compliance, and big data analytics. That presents a great opportunity for service providers that specialize in these areas, while value-added resellers may be able to leverage planned investments in software-defined storage to boost their bottom lines.
