Equinix Launches Global Channel Partner Program
Equinix, a global interconnection and data center company, has launched its global Channel Partner Program, designed for managed service providers (MSPs), network service providers (NSPs), system integrators (SIs) and solution providers (SPs) to help design and deploy the right IT and cloud solutions for enterprise customers, said the company.
The Equinix Channel Partner Program allows partners to both resell and refer Equinix services, enabling enterprise customers to obtain IT services and expertise from the channel community. As part of the program, channel partners also can create new recurring revenue streams by implementing the Equinix Performance Hub that distributes a company's data center infrastructure across multiple locations.
RSA Unveils Services Program for Channel Partners
RSA launched the RSA SecurWorld Delivery Services Program for its channel partners. RSA Identity Management and Governance (IMG) is the first solution available in this program, with RSA Security Analytics and RSA Archer GRC to follow later this year.
To become certified in the Delivery Services Program, channel partners are required to participate in advanced technical training, delivery methodologies and mentoring engagements with RSA. Several service models are available, including channel partner-delivered services, co-delivered services and RSA delivered services.
Centre Technologies Partners With Asigra
Asigra, a cloud backup, recovery and restore software provider, has announced that Centre Technologies, an IT service and solutions provider, has standardized its backup-as-a-service offering with Asigra Cloud Backup software. The partnership allows Centre Technologies to offer its customers with a backup-as-a-service offering that provides data protection for physical, virtual, mobile and cloud environments.
Asigra Hybrid Partners can deliver their own backup service or resell Asigra Cloud Backup software licenses. The software offers service provider partners options to deploy public, private or hybrid cloud installations.
BrandProtect Signs Reseller Agreement With Sayers
BrandProtect has entered into a reseller agreement with Sayers, an IT and security solutions consulting firm. Under the agreement, Sayers can provide BrandProtect's cyber-threat detection, analysis and intelligence platform and suite of services to enterprise customers through Sayers's Security and Mobility practice.
Intermedia Unveils VOIP Network Testing Solution for Partners
Intermedia, a one-stop shop for cloud IT services, has unveiled its new VOIP Scout network testing solution for partners. VoIP Scout enables Hosted PBX and Session Integration Protocol (SIP) trunking resellers to conduct extensive self-service testing of their customers' data networks. With the new testing solution, partners can simulate over three to five business days the full potential load the VOIP services could put on the network. It will help partners mitigate potential issues that could impact voice quality and overall system performance, the company said.
Vorex Debuts First Partner Referral Program
Vorex, a provider of cloud-based professional services automation (PSA) and project management software for IT channel partners and small and midsize businesses (SMBs), has announced its first partner referral program. The program allows channel partners to resell the cloud-based project management software, earning as much as 10 percent for referrals up to six months, followed by a 2 percent reward for the remaining term up to 24 months. Channel partners generate a recurring revenue stream by earning monthly stipends following receipt of the first payment.
