Apple Systems, Devices Reach the Enterprise Core

Although Microsoft may be the house the channel helped build, there is no denying that Apple has become a force to be reckoned with in the enterprise. A new survey of 480 executives, managers and IT professionals conducted by JAMF Software, a provider of IT management software optimized for Apple systems and devices, finds that three out of four respondents now favor Apple Mac systems over Windows. However, for solution providers, the most interesting aspect of the study might be how broadly Apple systems and devices are now made available across the enterprise. Most companies offer employees a computer and/or mobile device choice. We look at key study findings that illustrate this.
