ANPI has launched a new channel program for its Business Solutions Division, which provides Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), voice over IP (VOIP), and hosted IP communication and application services. The ANPI Premier Program (APP) supports VARs and agents by providing an on-boarding process, dedicated sales support, online quoting tools and an account management portal.

The program is a relaunch and rebranding of an existing reseller program that takes into account the merger of ANPI and Zone Telecom in 2011, as well as the addition of ANPI’s new managed SIP trunking solution for small and midsize businesses and enterprises, said Chad Krantz, national channel director for ANPI and Zone Telecom.

A key driver behind the program is the addition of the new SIP trunking solution, said Krantz. This solution provides calling plans to meet the requirements of any size business, including unlimited packages with international calling to more than 35 countries.

The ANPI SIP trunking solution is available nationwide, and is offered with a host of broadband, connectivity and security options. Additionally, by using the ANPI-supplied Internet access device, customers can access ANPI SIP trunking using native SIP, analog lines, T1 PRIs or T1 CAS circuits.

The program is designed to allow channel partners to attract new customers, while providing cost savings to their existing customers. It also enables partners to focus on selling, while ANPI provides support for sales, engineering, provisioning, installation and post-implementation customer service. The ANPI Premier Program pays a bonus and provides monthly sales commissions for each sale.

This is a regionalized, directed program to support the channel, said Krantz. The program is segmented by six regions—the Northwest, Southwest, Midwest, South, Northeast and Southeast—each led by a channel manager.

The six channel managers will work with APP members to generate new revenue and to introduce the new ANPI SIP trunking and future services, including a hosted solution that will be launched in the second quarter of 2013. Each channel manager covers a specific region in the United States to provide local support for the APP members.

Krantz expects to add six more channel managers by the end of the year to ensure complete coverage in specific regions.
