Intel is expected to tell channel partners about a new marketing scheme called “Inside 2007” during its Intel Solutions Summit next week, according to published reports.

The program is said to offer online marketing in partnership with Google as a major component, and it is said to provide partners with ready-to-use marketing campaigns that can be customized and that offer free tracking and dedicated support.

The program is also expected to give partners more flexibility in how they use marketing development funds, allowing more money to be dedicated to online efforts. Some partners who use Google’s Adwords or Intel content in Web-based marketing are expected to be eligible for a reimbursement from Intel, according to published reports.

Details of the new program are expected to be available at the chip giant’s solutions summit in San Diego, taking place the week of March 19.

The “Inside 2007” is a play on Intel’s now famous “Intel Inside” slogan, which brought customer attention to the processor brand inside the PC. Since then Intel has further sought to establish brand names such as its mobile platform, Centrino, and its home entertainment PC platform, Viiv.
