Forsythe Solutions Group has snapped up the storage integration business assets of More Group for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition includes the employees of More Group and the training facility in Middleboro, Mass., which is focused on training in IBM’s Tivoli Storage Management and CommVault.  More Group also partners with IBM, Quantum, Hitachi Data Systems, and EqualLogic.

Forsythe President and CEO William P. Brennan said in a statement: “We view IT infrastructure holistically. Information storage and management are inextricable from information security, recoverability, availability and usefulness to the business.” He added that the acquisition would allow Forsythe to offer customers more solutions for storing, protecting and utilizing their data.

The buyout is Forsythe’s fourth in the past five years, according to the company, following the acquisitions of Information Security Technology in September 2007; National Business Group in 2004; and the security and consulting services assets and contracts of Telenisus, a Chicago-based Internet security company, in 2002.
