  • Agilysys Aids HP Partners With New Channel Program

    Agilysys Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio has introduced the Server Accelerator program for Hewlett-Packard channel partners.

    The goal, said Pete Montana, vice president of Agilysys, is to provide HP partners with the tools and information they need to help their customers optimize their IT environments with the latest HP technologies.

    Benefits to HP partners include customized migration assessment and solution proposal support, dedicated Agilysys KeyLink Systems Group HP marketing support, and quarterly program, tools and industry updates.

  • FileNet Announces BPM Solution Template; Partners with ValueNet
    FileNet Corp. of Costa Mesa, Calif., has introduced the Business Process Framework (BPF), a BPM (Business Process Management) solution template strategy designed to help partners and customers more quickly develop customized BPM applications.

    FileNet also announced a partnership with several ValueNet partners, who will use the FileNet BPF in conjunction with their own application development frameworks to provide BPM-based solutions to their customers based on FileNet’s P8 platform.

    By joining forces with ValueNet partners, end-users will benefit from solutions that streamline collaboration, link systems, provide audit trails, and improve operational visibility, according to Martyn Christian, FileNet’s chief marketing officer.

  • RightNow Partners with ISC

    RightNow Technologies, a Bozeman, Mont., company that develops on-demand CRM (customer relationship management) solutions, has partnered with ISC Consultants Inc., a New York, NY-based call and contact center workforce management consultancy.

    Under the terms of the agreement, RightNow CRM customers will have access to ISC’s Irene workforce management software. The combination of RightNow Service, a contact center solution, with ISC’s Irene, which uses forecasting and scheduling algorithms to help organizations track performance and manage large teams of call and contact center agents, will help organizations better target their customers’ needs, said Nancy Miller, vice president of consulting services for ISC.

  • Index Engines Unveils New Channel Partner Program

    Index Engines, a vendor of information discovery solutions in Holmdel, NJ, has introduced a new channel partner program that will help its North American partners sell the company’s enterprise search appliance.

    The channel program, which offers product discounts, marketing and technical support, and subsidized demonstration systems, is open to system integrators and VARs with expertise in deploying SANs (storage area networks) and advanced enterprise solutions for medium and large global businesses.
