Zadara Storage Delivers New Functionality for Service Providers

Zadara Storage, a provider of enterprise storage-as-a-service (STaaS), has released new functionality for its Virtual Private Storage Array (VPSA), making the service a seamless part of a provider's portfolio.

Aimed at telcos, MSPs and cloud providers, the service offers consumption-based pricing with full remote management, 100 percent data availability SLA and 24/7 support. Advanced capabilities include multi-tenancy, customer self-service, and non-disruptive hardware and software upgrades.

New service provider-centric features include the ability to custom-brand the self-service screens, access system status via a Web-based dashboard, export billing data for invoicing, and language and currency localization.

Paragon Software Group Unveils New Affiliate Program

Paragon Software Group's new affiliate program is commission-based and designed to reward and incentivize software resellers who sell Paragon Hard Disk Manager 15 Suite and other Paragon Home products, including Backup & Recovery Home 15, Partition Manager 14 Home and NTFS for Mac 12. The program, now managed via a new easy-to-use online platform, offers commission rates ranging from 15 percent for a reseller's first sale, up to 50 percent as the number of software licenses sold increases.

Corvisa, PlanetOne Forge Alliance

Corvisa, a single source provider of cloud communications solutions, announced an alliance with connectivity partner and telecom master agency, PlanetOne Communications. The new relationship will play a key role in Corvisa's recently launched channel partner program and expanded go-to-market strategy, said the company.

Under the agreement, PlanetOne will provide Corvisa's product portfolio to its nationwide network of partners, giving them greater opportunities to increase their cloud-based revenue. Supported by Corvisa's carrier-grade network and cloud architecture, PlanetOne partners will be able to create customized solutions for customers of all sizes.

FalconStor Unveils Horizontal Converged Data Services Platform

FalconStor Software claimed the industry's first horizontal, software-defined storage platform for unified data services with the launch of Freestor. This unified platform provides migration, continuity, protection, recovery and optimization for any storage environment through a single management interface at a single price based on managed capacity across arrays, servers, hypervisors, data centers, and the cloud.

The solution incorporates FalconStor's Intelligent Abstraction core, which provides a massively scalable storage hypervisor, together with a data services engine and automation, to ease the provisioning and management of storage resources. FreeStor will be available for purchase in May through FalconStor channel partners and direct for service providers and OEMs.

Metanautix Joins VMware Partner Program

Metanautix, a big data analytics company, has joined the VMware Technology Alliance Partner program. This enables the company to collaborate with VMware on solutions for virtualization and cloud computing. 

Customers can access information about Metanautix's products, collateral and other assets at VMware's online marketplace, VMware Solution Exchange (VSX). The VSX virtualization and cloud infrastructure marketplace also allows customers to evaluate and rate business solutions.

TCG Partners With Broadview

Broadview Networks, a cloud-based provider of communications and information technology services, has formed a partnership with Telecom Consulting Group (TCG), a telecommunications master agency. TCG will offer Broadview's OfficeSuite product portfolio of cloud products and services to partners and agents nationwide. The portfolio offers business customers cloud-based services that allow them to move infrastructure and software to the cloud for secure any time, any place access.
