The difference between desktop/endpoint virtualization expectations and realization was 26 percent.
Private storage-as-a-service saw the gap between expectations and realization at 37 percent.
For private/hybrid cloud computing the difference between expectations and realization was 32 percent.
At least 50 percent of respondents rely quite a bit or completely on outside service providers, whether those providers are vendors, resellers or managed service providers.
