When seeking to gain new IT talent through a merger or acquisition you must evaluate four major points. First, the skill sets needed by your company and offered by potential employees. Secondly, you must avoid culture clashes between both entities. Next you need to consider the reach of your new acquisition and finally the accounts that will be gained.
