Yamaha's Projectphone Conferencing system

Yamaha's latest line of audio and video conferencing solutions handles up to 32 arrayed microphones and audio pickup zones that filter out ambient noise.  A high-performance "echo canceller" clearly reproduces voices without the pesky speaker whoosh or hum of other conferencing technology. A track mode in both the audio and video hardware detects the speaker's location and to focus microphones and cameras on the center of attention, eliminating the need for wide-angle or oddly placed fixed cameras or manual repositioning. Shown is the Projectphone Web interface and a portable, wireless conference microphone speaker.
