Modernizing Authentication — What It Takes to Transform Secure Access
Hewlett-Packard will start selling the full portfolio of McAfee's security software and risk management applications in the enterprise market and channels.
McAfee has entered into a global reseller agreement with HP. Through this agreement, HP will sell McAfee's entire line of enterprise security products and services globally.
"This agreement underscores the importance of delivering comprehensive security solutions to meet the needs of our customers," said Roger King, executive vice president of worldwide channel operations at McAfee. "The complexities of today's threats and turbulent economic times call for agreements of this kind, where products from multiple vendors are combined to maximize our customers' existing investments and lower operational costs."
McAfee's new reseller agreement with HP extends significant value to customers by providing comprehensive world-class security suites and services available from a single source. As one of the driving forces in the enterprise security market, McAfee's partners are often the main point of contact for enterprise IT purchasing decision makers. Building on both companies' success in technology and security, McAfee and HP can deliver solutions to enterprise customers that effectively meet the security challenges ahead.
