Security services are a means for solution providers to delivered valued offerings to clients that reduce complexity and costs. However, as some solution providers are discovering, not everyone agrees with the benefits of security services, particularly fellow solution providers and consultants who stand the most to lose in the services world.
Everyone knows money is tight. No matter how many positive signs surface that the economy is rebounding, businesses are loathed to open their wallets for anything but projects that have an absolute positive ROI. That’s why security VARs with cost-saving solutions are doing so well; well, at least in theory.
