Ramping up its competitive position against cloud players such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft has released another custom vertical implementation of its Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution. This one is designed to capitalize on the non-profit market, and includes non-profit organization-specific tools, such as donation and pledge management, volunteer tracking and online payment support.
Microsoft has released a version of its Microsoft Dynamics CRM customized for nonprofits and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Although the software platform has traditionally focused on business management, additional tools in this edition include donation and pledge management, basic membership management, basic volunteer tracking, support for online payment solutions, and campaign management.
