Was 2009 a Tipping Point for Unified Communications and Video Conferencing?

The rise of unified communications as a strategic business initiative.  
That’s right, businesses may have been tightening IT budgets in 2009, but they were still looking to unified communications to help their employees collaborate and make better decisions. And a CDW-G survey earlier this year showed that as many as 33 percent of respondents were planning for new implementations of unified communications in 2009.
