Company hopes that MSP partners can build managed services revenue more rapidly through advanced sales and marketing tools and resources.

Tone Software Corp., an Anaheim, Calif.-based provider of end-to-end monitoring and management solutions, launched the ReliaTel-Streamline Partner Plus Program, providing managed service providers (MSPs), integrators, value added resellers (VARs) and channel partners with strategic sales, marketing and engineering support, the company says.

The program is designed to empower Tone's ReliaTel-Streamline MSP partners to build managed services revenue more rapidly through advanced sales and marketing tools and resources which are now provided as a value-add benefit of membership in the Partner Plus program.

"What's unique about our ReliaTel-Streamline product line is it's platform-agnostic," said Tracey Whitney, director of marketing, Tone Software. "It's a complete management type of solution not only for the infrastructure layer but also the application layer and it provides the deep VoIP quality metrics that are necessary to ensure that you can actually deliver quality IP-based voice to your business and customers.
