In another blow to its channel leadership, McAfee confirmed that David Dickison, vice president of channel operations, has left the company.

Dickison’s departure follows that of former vice president of North American Channels Lisa Loe, who left McAfee in December 2008. At the time of Loe’s departure, it was announced that Roger King, executive vice president of worldwide channels, would assume responsibility for Loe’s duties. McAfee confirmed today that King would also assume Dickison’s duties.

McAfee also confirmed at the time that it was considering both internal and external candidates for Loe’s former position.

McAfee did not say whether Dickison stepped down voluntarily or was let go. Dickison was reassigned to a vice president of channel operations position after Loe was hired to take over his position in October 2008, sources say.
