Since the managed services revolution of the mid-2000s, printer vendors have rolled out a series of initiatives to convert their channel from a one-time product sale to an ongoing, service-based relationship. Xerox has succeeded and been named Bull’s Eye awards Champion MSP Enabler of the Year.
The level and scale of government solution provider DLT Solutions' relationship with storage vendor NetApp is a direct reflection of Melinda Long’s work as a channel account manager. Her experience in developing NetApp as the sole provider of storage services for government contracts and a Star Partner is why she’s the Bull’s Eye Awards Channel Account Manager of the Year.
