A recent survey conducted among 1,300 senior IT executives around the world on behalf of security firm Kaspersky Lab found that IT was a high priority for their organizations, with IT strategy ranking higher than either marketing or financial strategy. That may not be surprising given the growing strategic nature of IT within so many successful organizations. IT is evolving from a cost center to a competitive tool.
