ARRC Technology
ARRC Technology is trailblazing the hardware-as-a-service space (HaaS),
realizing that the commoditized white box space makes it easier for
MSPs to offer care-free computing to end customers as a service rather
than having them buy the equipment themselves.
President Alex Rogers founded the company in 1992 on the core
principles: “Work hard, give gratitude for the support you receive, and
offer your clients only the best services and products delivered with
an excellent experience.” Rogers sold his only asset, a horse named
Trooper, for $300 to start up ARRC and employed those values as he
began cold calling through the Yellow Pages to build the company into
the pioneering award-winner that it is today.
Case in point of the success: ARRC Technology has been listed twice
as an INC 5000 company and supports managed services contracts valued
at over $3.7 million. The company has grown from one employee to nearly
50 with no outside financing.
Its areas of expertise include managed services; custom computer
systems; network design, installation, maintenance and support;
telecommunication solutions; and voice and data structured cabling. In
addition, ARRC Technology created and released CharTec, which it calls
a “beyond HaaS” solution for resellers.
