Saratoga's technology allows it to proactively fix issues before they turn into problems and instantly attend to a problem to prevent a disaster. Options include network monitoring, server management, desktop support and security monitoring.

The company has grown significantly since its start and is acquisitive, snapping up 16 companies in the last six years. It is looking to continue that type of growth.
