Whither Zack Morris? You know, that guy from "Saved by the
Bell" who was always yakking on this thing? In case you missed
it, the Motorola DynaTAC 8000X was the world's first commercial
handheld cell phone. The 13 by 1.75 by 3.5 inch beast boasted 8 hours of standby time, took 10 hours to recharge, featured an LED
display and had enough memory to store 30 numbers.
