DocuSign Melds Process, Paper, Technology into Management Solution - DocuSign's Web Service for Smaller Players
( Page 4 of 4 )

Even businesses that rarely execute contracts can benefit—DocuSign offers a service called DocuSign Web that is geared toward businesses with a low volume of contract processing and that use only simple contracts.

DocuSign helps to create a lot of opportunity for solution providers servicing businesses, beyond just the initial setup. Partners can use DocuSign as a path to introducing their customers to e-discovery solutions or to help round out compliance requirements, both of which can be labor- and services-intensive options that are required by some businesses. DocuSign also helps partners to introduce customers to paperless or reduced paper environments, and the ideology behind DocuSign can be applied to many other areas, such the human resources process and e-mail archiving.

The beauty of DocuSign for partners comes down to the fact that the product solves a current business problem and helps to highlight other business problems, which the partner can act upon and offer services to solve.

Product pricing is based upon a formula of number of users, number of contracts and service level required. Basic pricing for DocuSign Web starts at $19.95 per user, per month, while DocuSign Professional starts at $39.95 per user, per month. Both service levels offer storage of 100 documents and unlimited signatures. The company also offers custom plans and volume discounts.
