    A multitude of business applications arrived on the market in 2008, most of them as upgrades to existing products and a very few as brand new products. Solution providers not only sell business applications, they use them in house. This makes picking a favorite leans more towards what benefits a solution provider and its customers. Here, we chose a business application that is sold as a service: DocuSign, a service that handles contracts. DocuSign can bring solution providers into the work of digital contracts, enabling them to manage contracts better with their customers and limit liability.
