Existing partners will automatically receive additional discounts, with Silver Partners receiving a 50 per cent increase in current discounts at distribution, and Gold and Diamond Partners earning more than 100 per cent co-op funds during the time the program runs. New partners will also receive benefits as Silver Partners after they complete a training Webinar and pass a test on ZyXel products.
Additionally, ZyXel is also offering mail-in rebates for the ZyWall security product line, which will increase partner margins by 10 to 20 per cent.
According to Rochelle Ambrose, channel marketing manager at ZyXel Communications, the Jumpstart Program was created because the company wanted to have an incentive program that helped partners in light of the current economic situation. The object for new partners is to get them selling as quickly as possible with training and financial incentives.
