A recent survey of 181 customers of Quest Software indicated that while more data than ever is considered mission critical; the processes being applied to protect data are in need of some significant updating. In particular, the survey shows more focus on infrastructure versus applications, which is probably a big part of the data protection problem. Of course, that also creates some new opportunities for the channel.
