The No. 1 factor that influences a CIO when choosing a service provider is value for money, rated by 62 percent of CIOs as important. The good news is this does not mean price (which came much lower in the priorities), which means as long as VARs can demonstrate things such as ROI and show the value they are adding—and this transparency is vital—then they will score high when it comes to winning deals.
