As hospitals become more wired, with technology enabling electronic medical records, they are also looking to become more unwired, with mobility solutions that are manageable, interoperable and secure. It's a daunting challenge but also a big opportunity for value-added resellers and solution providers in the health care market, according to Ben Gibson, Cisco's senior director for Mobility Solutions Marketing.
