    CompTIA and MTCPerformance have formed a partnership that translates into discounts and benefits for members.

    A partnership between CompTIA and MTCPerformance will offer discounts on incentive community Spiffs.com to CompTIA members and discounted membership in CompTIA for MTCPerformance customers.

    CompTIA gets a lot of member feedback regarding strategies and best practices they can use for their sales personnel, so the partnership with MTCPerformance will offer them a discount on an incentive community and tool, said Steven Ostrowski, director of corporate communications at CompTIA. Spiffs.com is a resource that can help businesses craft compensation plans for their salespeople.

    "MTC has been around for more than 10 years doing this kind of stuff and they have a good reputation in the marketplace. We think the Spiffs.com program they have is a good one. It's been well received by the IT channel," Ostrowski said.
